Hirsch Vineyards Wine Dinner

Founded by David Hirsch in 1980, Hirsch Vineyards is a keystone estate perched on the western edge of the Sonoma Coast. Renowned for its exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the vineyard’s rugged terrain, cool coastal climate, and diverse soils produce wines of remarkable complexity and a profound sense of place. In addition to its own estate bottlings, Hirsch fruit is highly coveted by many of California’s top producers. Today, the vineyard is widely regarded as one of the most important and influential sites in the Sonoma Coast appellation.

We are honored to welcome Jasmine Hirsch, winegrower and managing partner of Hirsch Vineyards, to La Connessa for an unforgettable evening of wine and storytelling. Our culinary team has crafted a special multi-course menu to complement the depth, elegance, and character of her wines. It promises to be a truly special evening—and one not to be missed.
